  • What happens if I move or cancel a service?

    If you move, your negotiated discounts typically move with you. If you cancel a service, we simply stop billing for any savings you no longer benefit from — no penalties or surprise fees.

  • Do you negotiate past due bills?

    We typically don’t negotiate past due balances. However, if your bill includes early termination fees, service outages, international charges, or fraudulent fees, we’ll work to negotiate credits or have those charges waived whenever possible.

  • How long does the savings last?

    Typical savings last between 12 and 36 months, depending on your vendor. We’ll notify you before your discounts expire and work with you to renew them for future savings.

  • How does CostFixers get paid?

    Our fee is a portion of the annual savings we secure for you, structured as a 60/40 split in your favor. For example, if we save you $1,000, our fee would be $400 (40%), and you would keep $600 (60%) in net savings. This process repeats annually as long as your savings remain active.

  • How long will it take?

    Negotiations are typically completed within one month, with savings applied to your next billing cycle.

  • How do I send my expenses?

    You can securely upload your most recent statement through our website, or simply email a PDF copy to our company email address.

  • Is my information secure?
